My philosophy and teaching identity.
What makes me a unique English teacher, will always be the connection I create when working with people. In my actual job, I have the chance every day to teach and to initiate a learning path with different people in different ways based on their areas of opportunity, which makes me connect with each one of them in a very special way, I like to know deeply the people I work with, to understand why they´re doing what they´re doing (studying or working), which makes me realize of everyone´s personal goals and to set my teaching, according to their individual goals.
My strengths include working with people throughout my life, which has helped me develop great communication skills. I consider myself a person who cares about the people around me, I am very patient and usually adapt very well to any environment or challenge I may face.
My philosophy in teaching and life is that no matter how much you know about something or how good you are at doing something if you do not know how to communicate with people or how to engage with them to convey that, it does not matter.
My goals in life are to be recognized for not being just a teacher, but for being a person who encourages people to grow, a person who marks other people’s lives by giving them an experience to never forget and to challenge themselves to look forward to achieve their own goals.
